Having previously lived on both WordPress and Magento, Juice Lubes was my first ever foray into the world of Shopify as we looked to both modernise the site and bring it fully in house at my employer Velobrands after years of relying on 3rd party developers for Magento. After a short learning curve, Shopify proved to be a joy to use in comparison to previous platforms, with the 3rd party app developers also offering excellent support when needed.

It soon became clear that a lot of the customisation of the Shopify site theme required implementation of custom CSS to bend the design to our own style, which having previously only touched on CSS integration, was initially a challenge. The process soon fell into place though and we’re not only happy with the results Shopify has given on the front end, but the complete creative control it gives us too.
