Claire is an Accredited Registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). She an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and abides by the ethical guidelines of the NCPS, working within social care and criminal justice for over 30 years.

Claire was introduced to me by a family friend and was at the time in training to attain the required qualification to turn her vast counselling experience into a business of her own. We discussed what would be involved and when Claire was ready, we began working on the site.

This project was a unique experience for me, as it was a field I’d never been asked to convert into an online presence before. Given the delicate and sensitive nature of prospective clients, Claire and I worked diligently to build a site that not only looked professional, but also welcoming and friendly so as to assure visitors would feel confident in putting their trust in Claire and taking those first steps on a counselling journey.
